  74. Terms of Beta Test Sites:

  78. Beta Site      : A "Beta Site" is a BBS independent from JAS Software,
  79. Defined          which agrees to make available software which is still in
  80.                  the testing stages to that BBS's users.  This is done to
  81.                  ensure a wide range of testing of Usurper and any future 
  82.                  products released by JAS Software.
  83.  
  84. Cost to you    : If Long Distance, long distant phone calls.
  85.  
  86. What You Get   : 1. Beta testing allows you the chance to run a new version of
  87.                     Usurper or any future products released by JAS Software,
  88.                     as soon as it's available.
  89.  
  90.                  1. Beta sites will be published in future SYSOP.DOC files,
  91.                     with the name and number(s) of the beta site.
  92.  
  93. Requirements   : 1. A support BBS must carry the USURPER BETA ECHO.
  94.  
  95.                     A new FidoNet USURPER SUPPORT ECHO is the works and
  96.                     if instituted, it must be carried by a support BBS.
  97.  
  98.                  2. Tne Beta version of Usurper MUST be on line and it
  99.                     must be accessible to users.
  100.  
  101.                  3. Set up a local Usurper Message Conference and so
  102.                     you and your users can pass along messages.
  103.  
  104.                  4. Any feedback from you or your users may have must be
  105.                     passed along to the Main Support Site. Which will
  106.                     then be passed on to Sweden. Any beta site that does 
  107.                     not send in feedback, will eventually be dropped.

  109. Distribution Site Terms:
  110.  
  111. Definition     : A JAS Software Distribution Site is a BBS independent
  112.                  of JAS Software which has Usurper and any other future
  113.                  products available for download or file request during
  114.                  regular BBS operational hours.
  115.  
  116. Cost           : The cost of freq'ing or calling a DDS Site.
  117.  
  118. What You Get   : 1. Distribution Site Names, Phone Numbers, and Addresses
  119.                     are given in future Usurper docs & notifications.
  120.    
  121.                  2. First access to new releases of Usurper and any other
  122.                     future releases of JAS Software products.
  123.  
  124. Requirements   : 1. A distribution site must dedicate a file section to
  125.                     Usurper and any other future JAS Software products.
  126.  
  127.                  2. A distribution site must make Usurper available for 
  128.                     file request during regular BBS operational hours.  
  129.                     The `Magic Name' of USURPER must be used, so as to
  130.                     be standard with all Distribution Sites.
  131.  
  132.                     `USURPER' is the Trade Name of listed door game and
  133.                     JAS Software is the "sole owner" of said software.
  134.  
  135.                     Jakob Dangarden of Stockholm, Sweden is the "sole owner"
  136.                     of JAS Software, who owns exclusive rights to `Usurper'
  137.                     and any future products of JAS Software.
